Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Field Services Engineer role based in Kolkata.

The Field Services

Engineer will perform installation, commissioning, and maintenance of industrial fans and related equipment at customer sites. Daily responsibilities include diagnosing technical issues, performing corrective and preventive maintenance, and providing on-site technical support to ensure optimal performance and safety. The role involves direct interaction with customers, documenting service activities, preparing basic reports, and coordinating with internal engineering and manufacturing teams to resolve complex issues.





The Field Services

Engineer is expected to follow company standards, comply with safety protocols, and support continuous improvement in service quality.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Field Service and Preventive Maintenance skills for industrial or mechanical equipment.

Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting and Technical Support skills to diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.

Candidates should possess effective Customer Service skills to manage client expectations and maintain positive relationships.

Candidates should have a good understanding of mechanical systems, rotating equipment, and basic electrical knowledge.

Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.

Ability to read technical drawings, use diagnostic tools, and prepare concise service reports.

Robust communication skills and the ability to work independently in field environments.

Willingness to travel to customer sites and adhere to safety and compliance standards.
