Role Description This full-time Field Sales Officer role is an on-site position based in Cannanore.

The Field Sales

Officer will be responsible for sourcing and onboarding recent customers for IndoStar’s loan and financing products, including commercial vehicles, farm equipment, cars, and loans against property. Daily activities include visiting prospective and existing customers, explaining product features and terms, conducting basic credit assessments, and collecting necessary documentation. The role involves maintaining strong relationships with dealers, channel partners, and customers, ensuring timely follow-up,



and supporting disbursement and post-sales activities.

The Field Sales

Officer will also track sales targets, report market feedback, and collaborate with branch teams to drive portfolio growth while upholding compliance and customer satisfaction standards.

Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Business Relationship Management skills to drive lead generation, conversions, and sustained portfolio growth.

Candidates should possess solid Client Relations and Customer Service skills to build trust, handle queries, and provide a positive customer experience.

Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to explain product features clearly, negotiate, and coordinate with internal teams and external partners.

Relevant experience in field sales, preferably in NBFCs, banking, or vehicle/asset finance, is highly beneficial.

Knowledge of local markets in and around Cannanore, with the ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Strong documentation, basic numerical, and computer skills for managing applications, records, and reporting.

Minimum educational qualification: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; a background in business, finance, or marketing is an advantage.

Demonstrated integrity, self-motivation, and goal orientation, with the ability to work independently and meet performance targets.
