About the Role:

- The Assistant Manager / Manager will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging customer prospects. Providing complete and appropriate solutions to new & existing accounts in order to boost top-line revenue growth, customer acquisition levels and profitability, and must be able to handle large corporate accounts
- The incumbent will report to the Deputy General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team, and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.

Job Responsibilities:

- Identify, source, and secure both long-term and short-term B2B business opportunities.
- Develop new business opportunities within existing and new customer bases, in line with the sales strategy.
- Ensure client retention by meeting ongoing customer expectations.




- Manage day-to-day sales activities, including proposals, service agreements, prospecting, and market development.
- Support the service team by providing customer feedback.
- Build and maintain solid client relationships.
- Assist with debt collection.

Key Result Areas:

- Meet the monthly target (Mix of Contract, Jobbing and Product)
- Manage and grow existing accounts
- Cross-Selling & Up-Selling in Key Accounts
- Support collections with credit control
- Client Retention & Complaint Resolution
- Follow SHE guidelines

- Fluent in verbal and written English

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:

- Graduate (Any stream)
- 3-4 years of experience
- Proficient in MS Office / G Suite
