: Field Civil Engineer

Job Purpose

We are seeking a proactive Field Civil Engineer to oversee daily construction activities and manage routine site operations at our project site in Lambha, Ahmedabad. Serving as the Developer's on-site representative, you will coordinate with various contractors and vendors, monitor on-site performance, maintain strict quality control, manage material inventory tracking logs, and ensure the project stays on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

- Site Supervision & Vendor Coordination: Oversee daily civil and finishing works to ensure execution aligns perfectly with approved structural and architectural drawings. Coordinate seamlessly with various vendors and sub-contractors on-site.
- Quality Control (QA/QC): Inspect all incoming construction materials and workmanship (including reinforcement, concreting, masonry, and plastering) to ensure zero compromises on construction quality.
- Inventory & Material Tracking: Maintain accurate material inventory records and construction material tracking logs to optimize consumption and prevent wastage.
- Billing & Measurement:



Take accurate joint measurements on-site and verify Running Account (RA) bills submitted by contractors and material vendors.
- Reporting & Documentation: Prepare and maintain Daily Progress Reports (DPR), material consumption logs, and site stock registers.
- Site Safety: Enforce strict on-site safety protocols.

Candidate Requirements
- Education (Mandatory): Diploma or B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering from a recognized university.
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in site execution (prior exposure to residential bungalow or commercial construction is preferred). Freshers with strong foundational skills are welcome to apply.
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reading structural/architectural drawings, checking Bar Bending Schedules (BBS), and basic usage of MS Excel and AutoCAD.
- Language Proficiency: Fluency in Gujarati and Hindi is mandatory to effectively communicate with local contractors, vendors, and labor.
- Location Preference: Candidates residing in or near South Ahmedabad (Lambha, Narol, Vatva, Isanpur) are highly preferred.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
