Job Title/Designation: Field Associate - IBS Telecom Acquisition

Full Time, Temporary/Contractual (Under the payroll of Quess Corp)

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Site Identification & Survey

- Identify suitable buildings for IBS (commercial complexes, malls, hospitals, IT parks, hotels, etc.)
- Conduct field surveys to assess:

- Signal strength issues

- Footfall and user density

- Building structure and layout
- Shortlist potential sites based on operator requirements

2. Site Feasibility Assessment

- Evaluate technical feasibility:
- Space availability for equipment rooms / IDF / MDF

- Cable routing pathways
- Power availability and backup options
- Coordinate with RF/Design teams for feasibility inputs

3. Property Owner Engagement

- Approach and negotiate with:

- Building owners

- Facility managers

- Society associations




- Explain IBS perks (better indoor coverage, improved network quality)
- Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders

4. Documentation & Agreement Finalization

- Collect required property documents:

- Ownership proof

- Building approvals

- ID proofs
- Facilitate lease agreement / MOU signing between operator and property owner
- Ensure compliance with legal and company policies

Experience: Minimum 2 years of Field Sales experience is mandatory Annual CTC: Starting from INR 3.25 lakhs per annum (will be decided basis current salary) under Outsourced Partner Payroll
