Taking orders Taking orders from guests and ensuring they are served at the correct temperature and within the correct time frame Preparing tables Setting up tables and rooms for service including arranging chairs and tables setting up linen and replenishing tables with essentials Providing service Serving food and drinks to guests and clearing tables when necessary Managing guest queries Handling guest complaints and queries in a timely and productive manner Maintaining cleanliness Ensuring the restaurant areas are clean and well presented at all times Supporting the kitchen Supporting the kitchen staff as and when required and in accordance with hygiene and safety regulations Communicating Communicating with customers and colleagues in a clear and professional manner Maintaining standards Ensuring adherence to quality expectations and standards Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay Up to 15 000 00 per month Work Location In person
