Poofly by Riya is a growing fashion brand focused on contemporary women's wear. We're building something from the ground up, and we're looking for passionate, driven individuals who want real, hands-on experience in the fashion industry, not just busywork.

About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to be part of a fashion brand from an early stage. You'll work directly with the founder and get exposure to how a fashion label is actually built from product development to marketing to customer engagement. Ideal for students, aspiring designers, marketers, or anyone looking to break into the fashion industry and build a strong portfolio.

Responsibilities

- Assist with day-to-day brand operations and project coordination
- Research fashion trends, competitors, and target audience insights
- Assist with product styling, photoshoots, or catalog organization
- Support customer engagement and community-building efforts
- Contribute ideas for brand growth and creative direction

What We're Looking For




- A genuine interest in fashion, branding, or entrepreneurship
- good knowledge of how cloth is stitched, and get ready for final use.
- Creative mindset with solid attention to detail
- Comfortable using tools like Canva, Instagram, or basic editing apps (a plus, not required)
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and willingness to learn
- Prior experience is a bonus but not required we value enthusiasm and reliability
