We are looking for a Fashion Designer to join our team at Seeboo (Seeboo Tex Faab Pvt Ltd). This role involves designing embroidery patterns and motifs for our Chikankari, Schiffli, and lace fabric collections, and working closely with our production team to bring new embroidery designs to life. The role offers a salary of up to ₹35,000 and a creative environment with opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities

Design new embroidery patterns, motifs, and layouts for Chikankari, Schiffli, and lace fabrics

Stay updated on fashion trends and translate them into embroidery designs suitable for the current market

Work closely with the production/embroidery machine team to ensure designs are executed accurately

Prepare design sketches for approval before production

Coordinate with the merchandising/sales team to understand buyer/client requirements and customize designs accordingly

Review sample pieces and suggest refinements before bulk production





Maintain a design library/catalogue of created patterns for reference and reuse

Ensure designs align with production feasibility, cost, and fabric type

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate should have a diploma/degree in Fashion Design or a related field, with at least 2-3 years of hands-on experience in embroidery design (Chikankari/Schiffli/lace preferred). Positive knowledge of embroidery techniques, fabric types, and current fashion/embroidery trends is required. Candidates must be creative, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a manufacturing/production environment.

Candidates must be open to a 6 days working week during the Day shift (10:00 AM to 6:30 PM).

Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
