Role Description The Fashion Designer at PInterview is a full-time, remote role responsible for creating fashion concepts, collections, and visual materials that align with the platform’s brand and audience. Day-to-day tasks include researching current fashion trends, designing garments and accessories, developing sketches and technical drawings, and selecting appropriate fabrics, textures, and embellishments for various concepts.

Designer will collaborate with internal teams to design looks and style guides that can be used in interview-related content, branding, and marketing materials. The role also involves refining prototypes, ensuring proper fit and construction, maintaining consistent quality standards, and presenting design ideas in a clear, qualified manner.

Qualifications

Strong skills in Fashion Design and Fashion, including concept development, sketching, and collection planning.

Experience working with Textiles, including fabric selection, properties, and surface treatments.

Proficiency in Embroidery and decorative techniques to enhance garment aesthetics.

Knowledge of Fitting and garment construction to ensure comfort, functionality, and a polished appearance.

Ability to use design software (e.g., Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar tools) for digital sketching and technical flats.

Attention to detail, strong visual sense, and the ability to translate ideas into clear design presentations.

Effective remote collaboration skills, including clear communication and time management.

Relevant education in Fashion Design or a related field, or equivalent practical experience in the fashion industry.
