Role Description The Fashion Consultant role is a full-time, on-site position based in Gurugram.

The Fashion

Consultant will assist customers in selecting Hidesign products that match their style preferences and needs, providing personalized fashion advice and product recommendations. Daily responsibilities include understanding product features, maintaining up-to-date knowledge of collections, delivering high-quality customer service,



and supporting sales targets through effective upselling and cross-selling. The role also involves merchandising the store floor, ensuring visual displays align with brand standards, handling customer queries and feedback, and collaborating with the store team to create a welcoming, premium shopping experience.

Qualifications

Strong Product Knowledge and Fashion Consulting skills to guide customers in choosing suitable styles and accessories.

Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients, build relationships, and ensure a positive store experience.

Proven Sales skills with the ability to meet or exceed retail targets and promote new launches and key collections.

Interest in fashion, leather goods, and luxury retail; prior experience in fashion retail or consulting is an advantage.

Ability to work on-site in Gurugram, including weekends and retail peak hours, with a qualified, customer-focused attitude.

Basic computer literacy and comfort using point-of-sale systems; familiarity with inventory processes is a plus.

Minimum high school diploma; a degree or certification in Fashion, Retail Management, or a related field is beneficial.
