Role Description The Faculty – Supply Chain Management role is a full-time, in office position based in Jaipur. This role involves delivering high-quality classroom and lab instruction in supply chain management and related business subjects, using contemporary case studies, projects, and practical examples. The faculty member will design and update course curricula, prepare teaching materials, and assess student performance through assignments, exams, and projects.

Responsibilities include mentoring students, guiding research projects, participating in academic committees, and contributing to program development and accreditation activities. The role also requires staying current with industry trends, engaging with industry partners,



and supporting institutional outreach and academic events.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong University Teaching and Curriculum Development skills to design, deliver, and continuously improve supply chain management courses.

Candidates should possess solid Research skills to conduct scholarly work, guide student research, and contribute to publications or conferences.

Candidates should possess knowledge of Organizational Behavior to support effective classroom management and student engagement in diverse learning environments.

Candidates should possess Marketing-related skills to contribute to program promotion, student outreach, and collaboration with industry and institutional partners.

Master’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Operations Management, Logistics, or a closely related discipline; a PhD is preferred.

Demonstrated understanding of supply chain concepts such as procurement, logistics, inventory management, operations planning, and analytics.

Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse student groups and colleagues.

Prior experience in academic institutions or relevant industry roles in supply chain or operations is highly beneficial.

Commitment to ethical teaching practices, continuous learning, and integration of technology-enhanced teaching methods.
