We are looking for a dynamic, qualified, and student-focused Faculty Member in Information Technology / Computer Applications to join our academic team in Kota.

The selected candidate will be responsible for teaching IT and computer-related subjects to MBA, MCA, and management students, mentoring students, developing practical and industry-oriented skills, and contributing to the academic growth of the institution.

The ideal candidate should have strong technical knowledge, excellent teaching and communication skills, and the ability to connect IT concepts with real-world business and management applications.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver engaging and high-quality lectures in Information Technology, Computer Applications, and related management subjects.
- Prepare lesson plans, presentations, course materials, assignments, case studies, practical exercises, and assessments.
- Teach subjects related to IT Management, Management Information Systems (MIS), Database Management, Programming, Web Technologies, Computer Applications, Business Analytics, and Digital Transformation.
- Explain technical concepts using practical examples, live demonstrations, case studies, projects, and industry applications.
- Conduct practical sessions, laboratory activities, workshops, seminars, presentations, and student projects.
- Develop students' understanding of how technology supports business operations, decision-making, management, and digital transformation.
- Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, dissertations, research work, and career development.
- Supervise and evaluate student assignments, projects, presentations, practical work, and examinations.
- Maintain accurate attendance, academic records, assessment results, and other institutional documentation.
- Encourage students to participate in hackathons,



technology competitions, seminars, workshops, conferences, coding activities, and industry-oriented events.
- Guide students in developing practical skills relevant to current IT and management careers.
- Keep course content updated with emerging technologies and current industry trends.
- Contribute to curriculum development and improvement of teaching-learning methodologies.
- Participate in faculty meetings, academic planning, Faculty Development Programs (FDPs), seminars, workshops, and institutional activities.
- Undertake and encourage research, publications, consultancy, and academic projects in IT / Computer Applications / Management Information Systems.
- Develop industry interaction and academic collaborations to provide students with practical exposure.
- Support the institution in maintaining high standards of academic quality, student development, and learning outcomes.
- Perform other academic responsibilities assigned by the Head of Department / Institute Management.

Eligibility & Qualifications
- MBA (IT) / MBA (Information Technology) OR MCA from a recognized university/institution.
- UGC NET / SET qualified OR Ph.D. in IT, Computer Applications, Computer Science, Management, or relevant discipline.
- 3–5 years of teaching experience, preferably in a college/university or higher education institution.
- Strong subject knowledge and practical understanding of IT and computer applications.




- Excellent communication, presentation, classroom-management, and student-mentoring skills.
- Candidates with research publications, FDP participation, certifications, industry experience, or academic project experience will be preferred.
