Role Description As a Faculty Member at PW in Chandigarh, you will deliver high-quality, concept-driven instruction to students in your subject area in an on-site classroom environment. You will plan and structure lectures, design practice questions and assignments, and conduct doubt-clearing sessions to support varied learning needs.

The role includes creating and updating teaching materials, contributing to recorded or live sessions as needed, and aligning content with PW’s curriculum and examination standards. You will monitor student performance through tests, provide constructive feedback,



and participate in academic discussions to continuously improve pedagogy and outcomes. This is a full-time role requiring active collaboration with academic and operational teams to support student success and uphold PW’s educational standards.

Qualifications

- Strong subject-matter expertise in the relevant academic discipline (e.g., Physics, Chemistry, Mathematics, Biology, or related field) and the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
- Experience in classroom teaching or test-preparation coaching, including lesson planning, assessment design, and delivering engaging lectures.
- Ability to create and refine academic content such as notes, practice problems, tests, and explanatory solutions aligned with competitive exam patterns.
- Proficiency in using basic digital tools for teaching (presentations, online testing platforms, video-based content) and comfort with tech-enabled classrooms.
- Excellent communication skills, student-centric approach, and the ability to motivate and mentor learners from diverse backgrounds.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for diagnosing learning gaps and tailoring remedial support.
- Master’s degree or equivalent qualification in the relevant subject; teaching or coaching experience in JEE/NEET or other competitive exams is highly preferred.
- Willingness to work in office in Chandigarh, maintain a consistent teaching schedule, and collaborate with cross-functional academic and operations teams.
