We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Factory Manager to lead end-to-end garment manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for production, quality, manpower, productivity, cost control, compliance, and on-time delivery, ensuring efficient factory performance. Key Responsibilities

Lead overall factory operations from production planning to finished goods dispatch

Develop production plans and ensure timely achievement of targets

Monitor line efficiency, productivity, capacity utilization, and production output

Manage cutting, sewing, finishing, packing, and dispatch operations

Drive quality standards, defect reduction, and rework control

Optimize manpower deployment and workforce productivity

Coordinate with PPC, Merchandising, Quality, Maintenance, Stores, and HR

Monitor production costs, wastage, overtime, and operational expenses

Ensure timely delivery of customer orders

Implement Lean Manufacturing, 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement

Ensure factory compliance with safety, labour, and customer requirements

Develop production teams and build a performance-driven culture

Prepare and review factory MIS, production reports, and KPIs Requirements
