Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Factory Helper to join our food manufacturing plant in Suba, Fiji. The ideal candidate will support daily production activities, assist with packaging operations, and help maintain a clean and organized work environment. This role offers an excellent prospect to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in day-to-day operations of the food manufacturing plant

- Support packaging processes and arrange finished cartons for dispatch

- Handle light-weight lifting and movement of goods within the facility





- Maintain cleanliness and organization in the production and storage areas

- Follow company safety standards and operational procedures

- Assist team members and supervisors in meeting production targets

Requirements

- Age: 25 – 35 years

- Education: Open to candidates from all educational backgrounds

- Language: Basic English communication skills required

- Basic understanding of factory or production operations preferred

- Ability to work effectively in a team and follow instructions

- Physically fit for handling light-duty tasks

- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
