The Factory Manager shall be responsible for the overall management and smooth functioning of the Knits Garment Manufacturing Factory, ensuring achievement of production, quality, delivery, cost and efficiency objectives. The role shall oversee all factory operations and ensure effective coordination between Production, Quality, Cutting, Finishing, Maintenance, Stores, HR, Compliance and other supporting departments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Overall responsibility for day-to-day factory operations, production performance, quality and timely completion of orders.

- Review and monitor production plans, capacity, manpower, productivity, efficiency, WIP and delivery schedules.

- Guide and monitor Production Managers and departmental heads and ensure effective coordination across all functions.

- Ensure optimum utilization of manpower, machinery, infrastructure and other factory resources while controlling production costs, wastage, overtime and downtime.

- Monitor product quality,



rejection/rework levels and ensure adherence to approved specifications and buyer quality requirements.

- Ensure availability of required manpower, machines, materials and other resources for uninterrupted factory operations.

- Identify operational bottlenecks and ensure timely corrective and preventive actions.

- Maintain factory discipline, proper housekeeping, workplace safety and adherence to established SOPs and systems.

- Ensure compliance with statutory requirements, labour regulations, buyer compliance standards, factory audits and internal policies.

- Regularly review factory performance, operational issues and order status and provide timely updates to the Management.

- Take overall ownership for achieving the factory's production, quality, efficiency, cost and delivery objectives.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
