Experience: 2–5 Years in Fabrication & Assembly Industry

Job Summary

Responsible for fabrication, fitting, and assembly of components and structures as per engineering drawings, ensuring dimensional accuracy, quality, safety, and timely completion of production work.

Key Responsibilities

- Read and understand fabrication and assembly drawings.
- Perform fitting, marking, cutting, grinding, drilling, and assembly activities.
- Align and assemble fabricated components as per drawings and specifications.
- Perform tack welding and coordinate with welders for final welding.
- Use measuring instruments such as Vernier, measuring tape, try square, and spirit level.
- Check dimensions, alignment, gaps, and overall assembly accuracy.
- Perform grinding, deburring, and finishing of fabricated components.
- Handle MS, SS, Aluminium, and other fabrication materials.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely.




- Identify fabrication/assembly defects and rectify them appropriately.
- Coordinate with Welders, Operators, Quality, and Production teams.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S practices.
- Follow all company safety rules and use required PPE.
- Complete assigned work within production targets and timelines.

Required Skills
- Valuable knowledge of fabrication and assembly work.
- Ability to read engineering/fabrication drawings.
- Knowledge of fitting, drilling, grinding, and alignment.
- Basic knowledge of welding and fabrication processes.
- Good understanding of measuring instruments.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of shop-floor safety practices.

Pay: ₹9,249.90 - ₹35,018.54 per month
