EY GDS is looking for an experienced Transition Lead – Senior Manager who has personally led end-to-end Application/Service Transition programs.

This is NOT a generic Transition Manager or Service Delivery Manager role. Candidates should have solid hands-on experience in BOT/BOOT, GCC setup, capability transfer, managed services takeover, or offshore capability setup. ? Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end Application / Service Transition programs
- Define and execute Transition Strategy & Governance
- Drive Knowledge Transfer (KT) planning and execution
- Manage Stage-Gate reviews and transition milestones
- Ensure Operational Readiness & Service Stabilization
- Lead RAID/RAIDD management and mitigation planning
- Drive Managed Services Takeover
- Establish and scale Offshore/GCC capabilities
- Manage risks, issues, dependencies and escalations
- Engage effectively with senior/executive stakeholders




- Ensure smooth service handover with minimal business disruption ✅ Must-Have Experience
