Key Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end delivery of global telecom, VoIP, and carrier integration projects, ensuring timely execution and stakeholder alignment.

- Manage relationships with telecom vendors, carriers, and technology partners across multiple regions.

- Drive vendor onboarding, contract negotiations, and commercial optimization initiatives.

- Oversee carrier routing, traffic management, quality monitoring, and margin improvement programs.

- Implement and monitor SLA, uptime, QoS, and service performance frameworks.

- Lead API-based integrations, provisioning workflows, and telecom infrastructure projects.

- Manage incident response, escalations, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives.

- Collaborate with Engineering, Product, Operations, and Leadership teams to deliver business-critical projects.

- Facilitate sprint planning, project reviews, risk management, and executive reporting.

- Create and maintain project documentation, dashboards, KPIs, and governance processes.

Required Skills

- Strong experience in Telecom, VoIP, SIP, DID Provisioning, Carrier Management,



and CPaaS platforms.

- Proven expertise in Technical Project Management and cross-functional team leadership.

- Hands-on experience with API integrations, telecom routing, and service delivery.

- Solid understanding of SLA management, incident management, and operational excellence.

- Experience working with global carriers and telecom vendors.

- Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.

Preferred

- Experience with telecom vendors such as Avoxi, Vonage, DIDlogic, or similar providers.

- Exposure to SaaS, cloud communications, and AI governance initiatives.

- PMP, Scrum, Agile, or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
