Orange Smith Gold & Diamonds is looking for enthusiastic and experienced Senior Sales Executives and Sales Executives to join our growing team in Velachery, Chennai. If you have a passion for jewellery sales, excellent customer service skills, and experience in the jewellery retail industry, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities
Welcome customers and provide an exceptional shopping experience.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable jewellery collections.
Achieve individual and showroom sales targets.
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Explain product features, pricing, offers, and billing procedures.
Maintain product displays and ensure showroom presentation standards.
Assist in stock management and inventory checks.




Follow company policies and deliver outstanding customer service.

Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in the jewellery retail industry.
Experience in gold, diamond, and silver jewellery sales is preferred.
Customer-focused with strong sales abilities.
Ability to work on weekends and public holidays.
Basic computer knowledge is an added advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
Higher Secondary/Diploma/Any Degree.
Fluency in Tamil is mandatory.
English communication skills are preferred.
