We are looking for a result-oriented and agile Senior Sales Executive to drive growth and manage client acquisitions. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between premium clients and our design team, turning inquiries into successfully signed luxury interior projects.

Role & responsibilities
Lead Management: Handle all incoming sales inquiries and proactively drive outbound sales initiatives.
Lead Generation: Build a robust sales pipeline using referrals, networking, digital platforms, and channel partners.
Client Consultation: Conduct deeply consultative meetings to understand client project requirements, timelines, and budgets.
Pitching & Presentation: Articulate the company's unique design services and luxury value proposition effectively to prospects.
Conversion: Rigorously follow up with potential leads to close deals and secure confirmed design projects.
Internal Coordination: Partner closely with the design team to align on client expectations, proposals, and presentations.
CRM & Reporting:



Maintain meticulous records of all leads, active follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM software or spreadsheets.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed established monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Develop solid, long-term networks with clients, architects, builders, and real estate channel partners.

Preferred candidate profile
Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience, ideally within interior design, real estate, luxury home dcor, architecture, modular furniture, or premium home solutions.
Industry Network: Existing relationships with architects, builders, or property consultants is a major advantage.
Communication: Stellar negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
Drive: Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently in a quick-paced environment.
