Role/ Job Title: Sales Manager
Function/ Department: Retail Assets
Job Purpose:
Sales manager will be responsible for driving the business of EIL within the assigned territory. Roles & Responsibilities:
· Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets for Loan against Property products.
· Build and maintain solid relationships with existing and potential customers to promote the bank's Loan against Property offerings.
Secondary Responsibilities:
· Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify prospects for growth and development.
· Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of Loan against Property services to customers.
Managerial & Leadership Responsibilities:
· Lead and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Education Qualification:
Graduation: Bachelor’s degree any relevant stream
Post-graduation: Any Stream
Experience: 00 to 02 years of relevant experience.
