Must have extensive experience in product architecture , design and development using C/Java Technologies

Must have experience in Databases like MySQL/Oracle
Must have experience on improving code coverage by adding more unit/integration test cases
Must have experience in mentoring team technically
Must be good in finding RCA and writing RCA for the issues identified by internal/external teams
Knowledge on Cloud(AWS/Azure/GCP) is added advantage.
Valuable to have working experience in Go-Lang.
Positive to have experience on SMPP, SS7, SIP protocols.
Valuable to have knowledge on Redis and other in memory database.
Good to have knowledge on test automation suites
Good to have in Customer interactions with excellent communication skills
Experience in MPP would be added advantage
Scrum Master Certification will be added advantage.
Experience with containers and automation/orchestration tools such as Docker, Jenkins, Kubernetes.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and Mentor the team technically.
Review the design, architecture, code, test cases of the work completed by team.
Decompose and assign work to team.
Effort estimation for the recent requirements or any changes required in the product.
Developing frame work required for any specific requirements that can support junior developers
Reviewing HLD and LLD documents, particularly for complex modules
Ensuring quality deliverables as per expectations with close coordination with team.
Ensuring best engineering practices are followed during development.
Handle customer queries and complaints received directly or through the company support organization.
Work closely with internal teams like Validation, Implementation, Support, Documentation, Solutioning team) and external stake holders (Customer)
Own E2E ownership on delivering product or project.
Regular update to stake holders on project/product progress
Contribute on sprint planning and reviews
