The Program Office seeks an experienced Project Manager to coordinate and execute the India IS/ERP Integration project.
The role connects local HR, Finance, IT, and IS teams, managing dependencies, enabling timely decisions, and tracking risks/issues to closure.
The candidate must navigate ambiguity, hold stakeholders to timelines, and communicate clearly with technical, functional, and senior audiences.
The role reports to HQU-Program Office in his/her objectives and day to day operations.

Responsibilities
India Cross-Functional Coordination
Coordinate India HR, Finance, IT, and IS leads to align scope, priorities, and ERP Integration timelines.
Build solid lead relationships to enable proactive cross-functional problem-solving.
Local Change Management responsibility following Integration office strategy with a team-oriented and tactical support from local leadership team
Work with the Programme Lead to identify roadmap bottlenecks and accelerators.
Dependency & Timeline Management
Identify, map, and manage dependencies across workstreams, systems, and teams.
Maintain integrated Wrike plans covering critical paths, sequencing, and delay impacts.
Flag schedule conflicts and risks to leadership with mitigation options.
Planning & Tracking
Collaborate with HR IS, Finance Technology, IS Project Management, and IT to keep ERP delivery on track and to quality.
Maintain a single source of truth for India actions, owners, and due dates.
Run regular status reviews and working sessions to track plan progress.
Communicate risk impact and likelihood, and define mitigation plans with owners.
Prepare concise status reports and dashboards for leadership and SteerCo.
Quickly grasp Workday ERP technical and functional context.
