ServiceNow (ITOM)- Must Haves
Solid practical and theoretical knowledge of ITOM (Visibility, Health, Event Management), HAM, and SAM
5+ years of qualified experience and proven success as a ServiceNow Application Specialist / Developer.
Proven experience in Event Management implementation projects
Solid experience with CMDB, Discovery, and Service Mapping concepts
Sound knowledge of JavaScript development, with a focus on object-oriented programming and a solid understanding of class structures, class inheritance, and software design principles.
In-depth knowledge of troubleshooting, performance optimization, and root cause analysis.
Solid experience in designing and implementing integrations (REST/SOAP/PowerShell).




Proven in-depth experience in managing ServiceNow implementation projects and integrating external systems using various integration technologies.
Experience working in agile structures and implementing agile and hybrid projects, complemented by robust teamwork skills and goal orientation.
Basic knowledge of AI technologies and their practical application.
Basic understanding of AI ServiceNow platform capabilities (NowAssist).
Experience as a full-stack developer is helpful but not required.
ITIL Foundation level and project management certification are advantageous.

ServiceNow certifications (CIS-Discovery, CIS-HAM, CIS-SAM)
AIOps and observability tools experience
Knowledge of data-driven architecture
