Responsibilities:
Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve revenue targets for consulting services.
Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to drive performance and exceed sales goals.
Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain relationships with key clients, understanding their business challenges and recommending appropriate consulting solutions.
Business Development: Identify and pursue current business opportunities through networking, prospecting, and lead generation activities.
Consultative Selling: Conduct thorough needs assessments with clients to understand their requirements and propose customized consulting solutions.
Proposal Development: Collaborate with the consulting team to develop comprehensive proposals and presentations that address client needs and objectives.
Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with clients to secure contracts, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends,



competitive landscape, and market opportunities to inform sales strategies and business decisions.
Performance Monitoring: Track sales performance metrics, analyze sales data, and provide regular reports to management on progress against targets.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with other departments to ensure alignment of sales efforts with overall business objectives.

Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in consulting sales for 2+ years (Cyber Security or IT/ ITES domain), with a solid portfolio of achieved sales targets and client relationships.
Leadership experience, with demonstrated ability to lead and inspire a sales team to achieve results.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with clients at all level
