Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager with proven experience in software or SaaS sales. You will be responsible for driving revenue, managing client relationships, and expanding the company’s market reach through effective sales strategies.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales plans to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
Identify potential leads and maintain a robust sales pipeline.
Conduct product demos and presentations for clients.
Negotiate pricing, close deals, and manage contract processes.
Coordinate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies.
Provide accurate sales forecasting and market insights.
Ensure excellent customer experience from onboarding to retention.

Required Skills

2+ years experience in IT/SaaS/software sales.
Robust communication & negotiation skills.
Experience working with CRM systems (HubSpot/Salesforce).
Ability to build long-term business relationships.
Solid analytical and strategic selling abilities.
