Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled and experienced Site Engineer cum Supervisor to manage day-to-day construction activities at our project sites. The ideal candidate will bring technical expertise, leadership, and problem-solving skills to ensure the seamless execution of projects, maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and timeliness.

Key ResponsibilitiesSite Management
Supervise and coordinate all on-site construction activities in accordance with project plans and specifications.
Manage labor and subcontractors, ensuring high productivity and work quality.

Project Coordination
Liaise with architects, contractors, vendors, and internal teams for effective project execution.
Ensure timely delivery and availability of construction materials.

Quality & Safety Assurance




Conduct routine inspections to maintain quality and compliance with safety regulations.
Identify and resolve construction issues or deviations from plans promptly.

Documentation & Reporting
Maintain detailed site reports including daily progress, labor deployment, and material usage.
Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory documentation and processes.

Budget & Timeline Management
Monitor project expenses to align with budgetary guidelines.
Develop and implement schedules to ensure projects are completed on time.

Safety Oversight
Enforce health and safety protocols in office.
Lead regular safety briefings and address any potential hazards.

Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in real estate or construction projects.
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, materials, and safety norms.
Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings.
Proactive leadership skills with solid organizational and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full time Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
