Roles and Responsibilities
Provide after-sales service support to customers, ensuring timely resolution of issues related to vehicle repairs, spare parts, warranty handling, and technical services.
Conduct field service calls at customer locations for routine maintenance, repairs, and installations of automotive equipment.
Manage dealer operations by coordinating with dealerships on sales activities, inventory management, and customer satisfaction index (CSI) monitoring.
Handle warranty claims processing and resolve queries from customers regarding product quality or performance issues.
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers, including service requests, work orders, and invoices.
