As part of our continued expansion and growth plans, we are looking to hire a proactive and detail-oriented Executive / Senior Executive SBU Finance ( BFG ) who will be responsibility for our Business Finance activities The remuneration package will be commensurate with the incumbents qualified experience and will be in line with market standards.

This position is based at our Corporate Office at Nariman Point in Mumbai and will report into the Head – Business Finance (BFG)

Purpose of the Role To support business growth and profitability through detailed commercial analysis, business performance reporting, pricing insights, and strategic financial decision support.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Business Performance Analysis

- Analyze sales performance by product, customer, geography, and business segment.
- Monitor revenue, volume, and profitability trends.
- Develop actionable insights for business leadership.

Pricing & Margin Management

- Track product-wise and market-wise sales price trends.




- Analyze gross margin and contribution margin movements.
- Support pricing decisions and profitability improvement initiatives.

Budgeting & Forecasting

- Prepare annual budgets and rolling forecasts for sales and marketing functions.
- Monitor performance against plans and identify key business drivers.
- Support scenario planning and sensitivity analysis.

Selling & Marketing Cost Management

- Monitor selling and marketing expenditure.
- Conduct budget versus actual analysis.
- Identify cost optimization opportunities while supporting business growth.

Profitability Analysis

- Prepare customer-wise, country-wise, product-wise, and SBU-wise profitability analysis.
- Drive insights on product portfolio optimization.
- Support new product and market evaluation exercises.

Cost Allocation & Management Reporting

- Manage corporate cost allocation methodologies.
- Prepare SBU-wise and country-wise P&L; statements.
- Support monthly business reviews and management presentations.

Qualification

- CA / CMA - Inter
