- Graduate in HR with 2+ years experience in payroll, compliance, and attendance management
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, attendance, grievance handling, payroll assistance, employee morale, and exit interviews
- Recent employee on-boarding and orientation
- Attendance, time office management
- Employee query and grievance handling
- Assist with payroll processing
- Monitor employee morale and company culture
- Conduct exit interviews and recommend corrective action if necessary
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
