Job Title: Executive Director

Location: Haridwar, Uttarakhand

Role: Second-in-Command (2nd to the Director)

Role Summary

We are looking for an experienced Executive Director to serve as the second-in-command to the Director.

In this role, you will be responsible for running the entire company day-to-day. You will make sure all departments run smoothly, projects finish on time, and the business continues to grow. If you are a strong leader who knows how to manage people, handle big operational challenges, and run an organization independently, this role is for you.

What You Will Do

1. Company Operations

- Take full responsibility for running the complete organization.
- Make sure projects finish on time, stay within budget, and meet high quality standards.
- Fix operational problems quickly as they come up.

2. Lead and Manage People

- Guide and manage team leads across all departments (engineering, site teams, finance, and office management).
- Build a hard-working team culture where everyone knows their responsibilities.
- Hire key leaders and help existing staff grow.

3. Business & Money Management

- To form set and implement business goals and company strategy.
- Keep track of company spending, project profits, and overall budget.




- Help review and approve major business deals and contracts.

4. Client & Partner Relations

- Maintain strong relationships with important clients, vendors, and business partners.
- Help bring in current contracts and business opportunities to grow the company.

Who We Are Looking For

- Experience: 25 years of work experience, with proven experience leading large teams or running entire operations out of which 10 years as director.
- Background: Engineering or technical manufacturing/project management background is a big plus.
- Leadership: Someone who can take full charge, make firm decisions, and solve problems without waiting for step-by-step instructions.
- Communication: Clear, direct communication skills with clients, senior management, and ground-level teams.
- Hydro power experience will be a plus.
- Must have worked in a project execution company for 15 years.
- Age 50 is mandatory

Pay: ₹125,000.00 - ₹130,000.00 per month
