Execute API manufacturing processes as per approved Batch Manufacturing Records (BMRs), SOPs, and standard procedures. Monitor and control manufacturing operations such as charging, reaction, heating/cooling, distillation, extraction, filtration, centrifugation, drying, milling, and packing as applicable. Ensure production activities are performed according to approved process parameters and batch instructions.

Monitor critical process parameters and report any abnormal observations or deviations to the appropriate supervisor/manager. Ensure proper documentation of manufacturing activities in BMRs, logbooks, equipment records, and other GMP documents. Coordinate with QA and QC for sampling, in-process testing, line clearance, and batch-related activities.

Coordinate with Warehouse for timely availability and dispensing of raw materials, solvents,



packing materials, and other required materials. Coordinate with Engineering for equipment breakdowns, preventive maintenance, utilities, and troubleshooting. Ensure proper cleaning, equipment status labeling, and area readiness before and after manufacturing operations.

Follow approved SOPs, GMP, EHS, and safety procedures at all times. Monitor yield, material consumption, process losses, and production efficiency. Investigate and report process deviations, breakdowns, yield variations, and other manufacturing issues.

Participate in deviation, CAPA, change control, OOS/OOT-related manufacturing investigations, wherever applicable.
