Role Description The Execution role at SUGS LLOYD LIMITED is a full-time, on-site position based in Patna. The role involves overseeing day-to-day project execution activities, including coordinating with site teams, contractors, and vendors to ensure work is completed on schedule and in line with technical specifications.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, maintaining quality and safety standards, and supporting documentation and reporting related to project milestones. The Execution skilled will help resolve operational issues on site, support resource planning,



and ensure alignment with company procedures and client requirements. Collaboration with engineering, procurement, and management teams will be essential to drive efficient and timely project delivery.

Qualifications

- Experience in project execution within engineering, construction, or infrastructure domains, preferably in Solar, Civil, or Power T&D; projects.
- Knowledge of site operations, construction methodologies, safety practices, and quality standards.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams, contractors, and vendors, and manage timelines and deliverables.
- Solid analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills for addressing day-to-day operational challenges.
- Proficiency in basic project documentation, reporting, and use of MS Office or similar productivity tools.
- Relevant technical qualification such as a diploma or degree in engineering (Civil, Electrical, or related field) is preferred.
- Effective communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site in dynamic project environments.
- Previous experience in EPC or infrastructure projects in or around Patna will be an added advantage.
