- Event Planning

- Define the event’s purpose, objectives, and target audience.
- Prepare the event plan, timeline, and schedule.
- Decide the venue, date, format, and activities.
- Identify required staff, equipment, and resources.

2. Budget Management
- Prepare and monitor the event budget.
- Estimate costs for venue, catering, decoration, equipment, transport, and staff.
- Negotiate prices with suppliers and service providers.
- Track payments and prevent unnecessary expenses.

3. Venue & Logistics
- Select and book a suitable venue.
- Arrange seating, stage, lighting, sound, signage, and decorations.
- Coordinate transportation, parking, accommodation, and accessibility where required.
- Ensure equipment and facilities are available and working.

4. Vendor & Supplier Coordination
- Find and hire caterers, decorators, photographers, entertainers, security, and technical teams.
- Confirm contracts, prices, delivery times, and requirements.
- Coordinate suppliers before and during the event.
- Resolve supplier-related problems quickly.

5. Guest & Participant Management
- Prepare guest lists and invitations.
- Manage registrations, tickets, or RSVPs.
- Provide guests with necessary event information.
- Arrange reception, check-in, seating, and special requirements.

6. Marketing & Promotion
- Develop a promotional strategy.
- Coordinate advertising, social media, email campaigns, and promotional materials.
- Work with sponsors, partners, speakers, or performers.




- Ensure consistent event branding.

7. Team Management
- Recruit and assign staff or volunteers.
- Clearly define roles and responsibilities.
- Conduct briefings and coordinate teams.
- Monitor staff performance throughout the event.

8. Risk & Safety Management
- Identify possible risks and prepare contingency plans.
- Ensure compliance with venue rules and applicable safety requirements.
- Arrange security, first aid, emergency procedures, and crowd management where needed.
- Be prepared to handle cancellations, technical failures, bad weather, or other emergencies.

9. Event-Day Coordination
- Oversee setup and ensure everything is ready before guests arrive.
- Follow the event schedule and keep activities on time.
- Coordinate speakers, performers, vendors, staff, and guests.
- Handle unexpected problems and make quick decisions.
- Ensure the event runs smoothly from start to finish.

10. Post-Event Responsibilities
- Supervise dismantling and venue cleanup.
- Confirm that vendors and suppliers have completed their work.
- Settle outstanding payments.
- Collect feedback from attendees and stakeholders.
- Evaluate the event against its objectives and prepare a post-event report.
- Document lessons learned for future events.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
