ROLE OVERVIEW

We are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic professionals for Business Development & Client Servicing role in our Corporate Events division. The role offers exposure to the complete client journey—from identifying business opportunities and generating leads to understanding client requirements, developing proposals, coordinating with internal teams and ensuring successful event delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and generate new corporate business opportunities through research, networking, referrals and other channels.
- Research potential corporate clients and identify relevant decision-makers.
- Initiate conversations through calls, emails, meetings and other professional channels.
- Understand client requirements, event objectives, budgets, timelines and expectations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing corporate clients.
- Prepare client briefs and coordinate with Design, Production and other internal teams.
- Assist in developing event concepts, proposals, presentations and pitches.
- Attend client meetings, presentations, site visits and event-related discussions.
- Follow up with prospects, track opportunities and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of client requirements and project milestones.
- Maintain regular client communication throughout the planning and execution process.
- Handle client queries and coordinate timely resolutions with relevant internal teams.
- Track approvals, deliverables, timelines and changes in client requirements.
- Support smooth coordination before,



during and after events.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, client communication, proposals, follow-ups and project updates.
- Contribute towards achieving business development, client servicing and team targets.

- MBA / PGDM students with specialization in Marketing.

- Students pursuing Mass Communication / Media / related disciplines.

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
