Role & responsibilities
Complaints Rectification - Dealer/Distributor Stock Complaints Rectification at Our Godown Premises.
Salable Conditioner Products - Salable Conditioner Products Strickers Request to be sent to Service Supervisor.
Product Service Works - Complete the allotted Product Service Works daily in the Godown including Online Sales Return Goods related Works, to send return goods images to Online Sales Department.
Required Spares - To raise the request to Service Supervisor.
Estimation - Estimation to be given as per spare Price list/Supervisor’s instruction.
Customer Satisfaction - Ensure customer satisfaction while rectifying the product.
Quality of work - Ensure valuable quality of work so that repeat complaints do not come.
Conduct - Ensure company image is kept high by valuable conduct.
Uniform & Id Card - To wear the Uniform daily and keep the ID Card with you.
Feedback - Give quality feedback to superiors.
Spare Parts Usage - To give proper account on usage of spares used in service.
