Install and set up copiers and multifunctional devices at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues with copiers and related equipment.
Perform preventive maintenance and routine servicing of copiers to ensure optimal performance.
Replace parts, components, and consumables as needed to repair copiers and restore functionality.
Provide technical support and assistance to customers via phone, email, or in-person.
Document all service activities, including repairs, replacements, and maintenance tasks.
Collaborate with sales and customer service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Stay updated on current copier models, technologies, and industry trends.

Qualifications
Diploma or certification in electrical or electronics engineering, or related field.




Proven experience as a Copier Technician or similar role.
Solid technical skills and knowledge of copiers, printers, and related equipment.
Proficiency in diagnosing and troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and solve problems efficiently.
Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites as needed.

Requirements
Must experience with Ricoh, Xerox and etc. .
Availability to work flexible schedule, including weekends or evenings, if required
