Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive Site Supervisor to oversee field operations, manage in office staff, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and to high-quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise daily field activities and staff.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Coordinate schedules, materials, and equipment.
Monitor project progress and report to management.
Conduct quality inspections and resolve in office issues.
Mentor and support field staff for productivity and safety.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in site supervision or field management.
Solid leadership and team coordination skills.
Location: Guindy and Thirumudivakkam Experience Required: 3 - 10 years
Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 7:00 PM (Monday to Saturday)
Salary:
Competitive and attractive, based on experience.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
