About this role

Algomind Academy is hiring a Student Mentor for our Indore campus. In this role you will focus on day-to-day learner mentoring, working closely with our academic and operations teams to deliver a high-quality, outcome-driven learning experience for our students.

Responsibilities

Own and execute day-to-day learner mentoring initiatives end to end
Coordinate with academic, marketing and placement teams
Maintain accurate records, trackers and periodic reports
Continuously improve processes based on feedback and data
Represent Algomind Academy professionally with students, parents and partners

Preferred Qualifications





Prior experience in an EdTech or education environment
Graduate/Postgraduate in a relevant discipline (B.Tech / MCA / BCA / MBA as applicable)
Robust verbal and written communication in English and Hindi
Portfolio, certifications or real project work in the relevant domain
