5+ years of overall experience in ServiceNow Testing.
Robust hands-on experience testing ServiceNow ITOM modules:
Discovery
Service Mapping
Event Management
CMDB
Experience in functional, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing of ServiceNow applications.
Hands-on experience in CMDB data validation, reconciliation, Configuration Item (CI) relationship testing, and data integrity validation.
Experience testing ServiceNow integrations with monitoring and third-party tools.
Solid knowledge of ServiceNow tables, CI classes, and relationship models.
Proficiency in SQL or other query languages for backend data validation.
Experience using Jira, HP ALM, Azure DevOps, or similar test management and defect tracking tools.
Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.

Valuable-to-Have Skills
Understanding of ITIL/ITSM processes.
Knowledge of ITOMITSM integrations.




Experience working with enterprise monitoring tools integrated with ServiceNow.
Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies.
ServiceNow ITOM or CSA/CIS certifications.
