Desktop antimalware administration and resolution
Active Directory user management and troubleshooting
Exchange/Office 365 user management and troubleshooting Must Haves - Positive conceptual understanding of Windows desktop OS
At least 3 years of Windows desktop end-user technical support
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Excellent customer service skills Added Advantage - Conceptual understanding or hands-on experience on Backups & Firewalls.
Networking skills (Windows, CISCO).
VMWare Certified
MCSE or CCNA or A+ certification.
