Job Summary

We are looking for a ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) / Vulnerability Response Engineer with 5–6 years of overall IT experience and at least 3+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Security Operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Operations, workflow configuration, vulnerability lifecycle management, and integrations with security tools such as Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid7.

Key Responsibilities
Configure and manage ServiceNow Vulnerability Response (VR) applications.
Develop remediation workflows using Flow Designer.
Configure vulnerability groups, assignment rules, and risk scoring models.
Manage the end-to-end vulnerability lifecycle and remediation tracking.
Perform vulnerability analysis, prioritization, and risk assessment.
Collaborate with Infrastructure, Security, ITOM, CMDB,



and Application Support teams.
Validate CI relationships and service dependencies.
Support incident management, root cause analysis, and process optimization.
Monitor SLAs and support governance and compliance reporting.

Mandatory Skills
5–6 years of overall IT experience.
3+ years of ServiceNow Security Operations (SecOps) experience.
Hands-on experience with Vulnerability Response (VR).
Workflow Configuration.
Flow Designer.
Vulnerability Management, CVSS, and Risk Assessment.
Integration experience with Qualys, Tenable, and Rapid7.
CSA (Certified System Administrator) Certification.
