Key Responsibilities
A] Student Counselling
Understand student aspirations, academic profile and career goals.
Recommend suitable countries, universities and courses.
Guide students and parents throughout the admission journey.

B] Sales & Relationship Building
Conduct professional tele-counselling and video counselling.
Handle walk-in students.
Convert enquiries into successful registrations.
Build long-term relationships with students and parents.

C] Admissions & Documentation
Coordinate applications with universities.
Ensure timely collection of documents.
Support students throughout the admission and visa process.




Maintain complete and accurate student records.

D] Continuous Learning
Learn new countries, universities, scholarships and visa policies.
Complete Prosper Learning Academy certifications.
Attend regular product knowledge and sales training sessions.
CRM & Technology
Update CRM accurately.
Follow daily task planning and review systems.
Use AI tools and technology to improve productivity.

E] Team Collaboration
Work closely with Senior Career Architects.
Support junior team members as you grow.
Contribute to a positive and cooperative work workplace.
