Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)
Schedule and publish content across platforms
Plan, execute, and optimise paid social media campaigns
Boost posts and run Meta ads to improve reach, engagement, and conversions
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven optimisations
Track social media trends, platform updates, and best practices
Coordinate with the creative/content team to ensure timely execution




Prepare basic performance reports and share campaign insights

Requirements
12 years of experience in Social Media Management
Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager (Facebook & Instagram Ads)
Positive understanding of paid promotions, audience targeting, and campaign optimisation
Familiarity with content scheduling tools and social media analytics
Robust communication and organisational skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
