We are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Executive / Content Creator with 1+ years of hands-on experience to join our team in Mohali. If you are passionate about digital storytelling, trends, and building engaging online communities, this role is for you.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, plan, and execute social media strategies across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)
Create engaging content including reels, short videos, graphics, and captions
Manage daily posting schedules and content calendars
Monitor social media trends and competitor activity
Analyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports
Engage with followers, respond to comments and messages
Collaborate with the marketing and design teams for campaign execution
Run paid ad campaigns (Meta & Google Ads is a plus)
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management/content creation
Solid understanding of social media algorithms and trends
Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
Basic video editing skills (Reels/Shorts)
Robust copywriting and communication skills
Knowledge of analytics tools and performance tracking
Creative mindset with attention to detail
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
