Job Summary We are looking for a agile Soft Skills Trainer to enhance students’ communication, personality development, and employability skills. The trainer will be responsible for conducting interactive training sessions that prepare students for corporate settings.

Key Responsibilities
Deliver training sessions on communication skills, presentation skills, interpersonal skills, and personality development.
Train students in corporate etiquette, teamwork, leadership, and time management.
Conduct mock interviews, group discussions, and presentation practices.
Design training materials, presentations, and activities for skill development.




Evaluate students’ performance and provide constructive feedback.
Collaborate with the placement team to prepare students for campus recruitment.

Qualifications
Master’s Degree in English, Communication, HR, or related field.
Certification in Soft Skills / Personality Development Training is an advantage.

Experience
2–5 years of experience in soft skills or corporate training.
