Client expectations are:
1.The candidate should have practical experience in SPFx (with React), SPFx Extensions, , Power Automate, and SharePoint Admin basics.
2.The candidate should be ready to work on the project from scratch.

Robust experience in SharePoint Online
Hands-on experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx)
Solid knowledge of React.js
Experience creating workflows and automations using Power Automate
Proficiency in JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, and CSS
Understanding of REST APIs and Microsoft Graph
Develop, customize,



and maintain digital content management solutions using platforms such as Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, or similar CMS tools.
Implement responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
Build and integrate APIs, services, and databases to ensure seamless functionality between CMS and other systems.
Optimize website performance, ensuring scalability, security, and adherence to best practices for digital platforms.
Work closely with designers, content creators, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Identify and resolve issues related to CMS functionality, ensuring consistent uptime and user experience.
