Roles and Responsibilities - Perform routine maintenance tasks on equipment, machinery, and systems during assigned shifts to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.
Troubleshoot issues with production lines, conveyors, robots, and other automated systems to minimize downtime and optimize productivity.
Collaborate with team members to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
Conduct regular inspections of plant facilities, including electrical panels, pneumatic systems, hydraulic systems, etc., to ensure compliance with safety standards.
Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements related to quality control, environmental health & safety (EHS).
