Required Skills

Qualification
MBA (HR) / MSW / MHRM / Any Bachelor's Degree with HR experience.

Experience
2–5 years in HR operations, preferably in a manufacturing industry.

Daily attendance accuracy.
Manpower availability.




Recruitment closure within target timelines.
Timely PF & ESI enrollments.
Employee grievance resolution.
HR report submission on time.
Reduction in absenteeism.
Compliance with statutory and company policies.

Additional Responsibilities
Support audits (ISO, Customer, Internal, and Statutory).
Ensure employee discipline and adherence to company policies.
Coordinate emergency response during the shift.
Assist in HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives.
Perform any other HR-related duties assigned by management.
